逻辑思维是个啥

先来简单聊聊逻辑思维是什么。

总的来说，逻辑思维能力，就是把散装的思维和内容，按顺序联结起来的能力。

举个接地气的例子哈。

比如，今天中午，我定了外卖，但送餐员迟到了2个小时。于是，我打通了投诉 *** ：

歪！我要退款！

请问具体是什么原因呢？

外卖小哥迟到了。

非常抱歉给您造成这样的体验， *** 期间餐多人少，还望理解哦。

但是他迟到了俩小时，我面条都泡烂了，根本没法吃。

亲，这样的话，您可以直接在APP里点击超时赔付哦。

我没法点，送餐的早就点确认送达了，而且迟到这么久也根本没给我打过 *** 。

....

这，就是一个没有什么逻辑的对话，一方带着另一方来来 *** 地还原事件和梳理诉求。

也就是说，逻辑感不太强的人，他说出来的东西是散装的。他会把“原因、结论、诉求”等等全都平铺在一起，你得仔细捋捋，才能找到前后内容之间的关联。

但逻辑能力比较强的人呢，面对同样一件事，则会这么表达：

你好，我中午的外卖要求全额退款，原因：我定外卖的餐馆距离我住的地方不到1000米，但外卖小哥迟到了2个小时；并且他没有联系我就提前点了确认送达；而且，我定的是西红柿鸡蛋面，饭到的时候已经全部坨掉，没法吃了。

也就是说，逻辑感强的人，会主动把散装的内容，按因果关系串联起来，达到一种有理有据让对方杠无可杠的境界。

但...我们不可能每天都找外卖小哥练手吧？（毕竟，每天都遇到这样的事多糟心啊~）

所以，下面我要拿出一个，胖友们每天都可以用到的、能够简单有效锻炼自己「 逻辑思维能力」的 *** 了。

具体 *** 作 ***

不管是你平常读文章的时候，还是看TED演讲的时候，又或者是学习某些文科类的网课时。先彻底放弃以下各种记笔记的手段。

比如：

不要再用右键收藏的方式来记录；

不要只圈出重点内容然后无脑摘抄；

甚至，也不要再使用思维导图来梳理；

而是，拿出一张A4纸（或者纸质版的笔记本），在A4纸上划分出3个区域：问题、论证、总结。

因为所有偏文科类的学习（比如，在校时的语文、英语、 *** 、历史课程；或者在职场时的各种演讲、干货文章、音频课程等），其实都是在探讨某个问题，论证某件事情。

而这个结构，就正好是一个观点形成的基本过程。

当我们按照这个结构，去学习：别人阐述观点的时候是怎么一环套一环的。就可以很轻松地提升自己的逻辑思维能力。

好啦，接下来讲这个结构的具体使用 *** 。

之一，它最基本的用法「顺位法」。

比如，当你在阅读某篇文章，听某门课程，或参加某个演讲的时候，如果讲解人在传递知识和观念时，他本身逻辑感就很强，那么他整个稿件，就会按照“提问-论证-总结”的 *** 来设计。

所以这时候，你只要瞪大眼睛听or看，抓住他提出了什么问题，给出了什么论证就可以。

也就是说，你只要按A4纸上的结构，顺位往下记就阔以。

问题：他开头提出了一个XX问题；

论证：他中间给给出了123个论证来解决这个问题；

总结：他最终得出了一个XX结论；

但，在大多数情况下，我们用到的都是「乱位法」。

因为不管是文章，演讲，还是课程，其实炮制这个观点或知识的人，他不会按部就班地一个问题对应一个论证，然后再进入下一个环节。而是在整个过程中，他的问题和论证穿 *** 着讲，甚至是：会提出很多问题，讲到很多论证...

那这时候我们需要做的，就是在纸上多划分几个区域，在问题出现的时候记录问题，在论证出现的时候记录论证。（但要对应到准确的位置哈）

等学习完毕，自己再回头整理一遍。

这里有重点：而在整理的过程中，你有时候需要根据已有的几个论证，自己把问题推导出来（因为讲解人讲的太快了，你没及时捕捉到问题是什么）。或者，你有时候没记全论证，那就需要根据问题和结论，自己强行回忆一次，把论证补充完整。

这个 *** 刻意练习多次，就可以很轻松地提升自己的逻辑思维能力，甚至是可以轻松记住自己所学的内容了。

我的实践

在了解到这个 *** 之后，我立马就上手实践了，用到的材料是一个TED演讲，它的标题是：如何掌控你的 *** 时间。

我简单跟大家回顾一下当时的做法和感受哈。

为了验证这个 *** 的有效 *** ，在之一遍看演讲的时候：

我就是很正常地打开电脑，点击观看，整个过程中就像看电视一般，没动手记录什么。而等演讲结束的时候，我脑子里记住了：我们不是没时间，是事情不够重要而已。

然后第二遍，我开始拿出A4纸，划分好区域做记录，如下图：

在记录的过程中，我落掉了一些论证的重点，比如，里面标橘的那两项，就是我在听完演讲整理的时候，发现论据好像不太充足...后面又强行回忆，补写上的。

这样搞下来之后，不仅对整个演讲内容有了整体的把控，而且，在自己回忆和推敲出论据论证的时候，都有了很大的满足感。

不过，这样实践下来，可能会发生两个问题：

之一，你发现在整篇内容里，其实作者或者传递知识的这个人，他讲了很多有的没的的废话。

第二，你发现在整篇内容里，传递知识的这个人，他自己本身的逻辑没还不够完整。需要你自己手动查资料补全。

所以，其实用这种 *** 来锻炼逻辑思维能力，对原材料的要求比较高。我建议大家可以用质量高一点的文章，或者质量高一点的演讲来入手练习。

悄悄说：我这几天做练习的时候，用的材料就是TED上的演讲，或者某些知识付费APP里面的免费课程。

*** 来源

这个 *** ，来源于一本学习类的书籍-《如何成为有效学习的高手》，但它的本意，不是用来锻炼逻辑思维的。

它只是哈佛、哥伦比亚、等高校的学霸们，用来记文科类课堂笔记的一种常规 *** 作。

但是啊，在我看到这个 *** 的一刹那间，整个人感觉就像挖到了宝藏一样：

啊！这 *** 不仅可以用来做笔记啊，它简直就是锻炼逻辑思维能力的硬手段，而且还可以顺便提升自己在学习材料时的专注度，巧妙提升自己的理解能力和记忆力。

真的是一举好几得啊！太棒辽~

而至此，我好像也明白了：为啥自己上学的时候成绩不好了...

当我跟一口煎锅产生了深厚的感情

周围的朋友多次劝说我，不要叫外卖，也不要老吃辣酱拌面条或者方便面了，自己做点正经的饭菜并不难，但我坚定地认为自己是不会浪费时间在做饭上，美其名曰“君子远庖厨”，还有一个很实际的理由——家里不煎炒烹炸，没有油烟，吃的寡淡，小强都不光顾，多清净。

上学的时候，英语老师就说过，凡是对错题里碰上“absolutely”(绝对)这个选项，基本就选错，也就是说，凡事没有绝对的。我认为自己“绝对不会去做饭”，这已经意味着某种程度的打脸，好吧，我承认，我现在挺痴迷于做饭的。

这要从朋友送来的一个漂亮的煎锅说起。我家的厨房没有油、没有盐、没有米面，只有一个煮面的锅，朋友看不过去了，给我了一个很高级的煎锅，银色的颜值、蜂窝状的内里，颜值挺高，我认真地清洗干净，还按照说明书开了锅，然后就把它摆放在了灶台上，这一放就是好几个月。

夏天太热，我没什么胃口，不知道为啥，只想吃西红柿鸡蛋面，或者西红柿鸡蛋疙瘩汤，于是外卖叫了好几次，却一次比一次难吃，面条软塌塌的，汤也油腻。于是，有一天，我就想既然有这个煎锅，我上网查查，有没有可能自己做一顿西红柿鸡蛋面呢？一查，还真的不麻烦，于是买了油，买了西红柿和鸡蛋，按照 *** 教的一步步来。当然最后还是对自己没有信心，没敢用挂面，而是用的方便面，也撒了些方便面的调料，没想到还真的不难吃。

作为一个做饭小白，能亲手做出一大锅面，感觉还是很有成就感的，在相亲相爱的家族群炫耀半天，对着“赞”的表情包笑得合不拢嘴，估计众人心里已经是嘲笑我半天了——年纪不老小了，做个面条，至于吗？

但我已经觉得自己无所不能了，我跟这个煎锅产生了深厚的感情，我觉得我可以用煎锅主导一切。煎鸡蛋、煎香肠、煎超市半成品的韭菜盒子，之后欲罢不能，开始挑战煎牛排。之一次煎的时候，还真是有点紧张， *** 教学反复看了好几遍。由于煎牛排的 *** 太多，所以最后确定的是最简单方式——用油和胡椒海盐抹在牛排上，腌了十分钟，准备下锅，煎的时候，掐着秒表，生怕耽搁几秒钟就变了味道，紧张兮兮地煎完了两面，醒了两分钟，入口一尝，感觉还真挺好吃的。之后再煎了几次牛排，已经变得从容多了，听着油脂和高温锅底相碰发出的那种“呲”的声音，觉得如同音乐般美妙。再给家族群炫耀，不管好吃不好吃，就凭拍照给他们看肉上褐色的“美德拉反应”，已经能唬住点人了。既然牛排成功了，与煎牛排技术动作基本相同的鳕鱼，也就不在话下了。

此后，又开始做意面，其实就是半成品，放在锅里一炒而已，但是，热腾腾地翻炒过程，就好像我是米其林厨师一样。前几天跟朋友吃饭，特意选择了西餐厅，比较了一下意面，后来发现，味道上并不相差多少，于是炫耀地跟家里人说：“我的意面做的跟这正经西餐厅做的几乎一样。”家里人无情地揭露了事实：“那是因为你买的意面，人家的酱汁配的好，跟你关系不大。”

确实，我的厨艺还停留在“非原创阶段”，对于真正对厨艺有要求的中餐菜品，我连碰都不敢碰。前两天朋友热心地教我做菜：“你就先放点老抽、再放点生抽……”听到这儿，我就已经晕了，啥，还老抽、生抽，那都是啥玩意？这不，我现在连朋友教我的是啥菜都忘得一干二净了。稍微复杂点的菜品，就跟高中的物理题一样，完全听不进去。

曾经的我，买一大把烤串，三分钟吃完，然后笃定自己不做饭是对的，“忙活俩小时，吃饭几分钟”，何必浪费时间。现在的我换了腔调，以过来人的身份对不会做饭的人循循善诱：“还是得自己做，干净，味道也好，不能凑合，而且根本不费事。”不过，我没跟他们说的是，自从自己开始各种煎炸之后，这体重就往上走了走，厨房的油烟子味道也很明显，而且，每天好像都有刷不完的锅和碗。

尽管如此，我还是觉得做饭的感觉很好，把自己的胃托付给自己才最靠谱。我每天很有形式感地系上围裙，拿起铲子，想到的都是“我绝对不会做饭”的誓言，这么绝对地定义自己，真的有点可笑。而如今，我打破了对于自己的定义，感觉挺幸福，胃口也很满足。
